a) Announce in his press conference that Hillary Clinton had done absolutely nothing wrong- that it was all just a witchhunt against her?
b) Why did Comey just before the election announce he was reopening the investigation?
c) Why didn't Comey announce that the FBI was investigating the Trump campaign for collusion with Russia?

Comey could have done any of those things- and almost certainly Trump would not have been elected considering how close his margins were in the key states that made the difference.

But Comey didn't.
