Why I turned away from the RCC

being an incurable sinner is a social revolution, only in the minds of sicko's ...
That’s pretty arrogant of you to believe you are above sinning.

Also pretty stupid. You are the poster child for complacency and unconscious incompetence.

and what might that have been, does that include between the 1st century and the beginning of the 4th before the dreadful happened or just mythology.
Yes, for if it were not for the early Christians, his message would have been lost

So what happened between the 1st century and the beginning of the 4th served a vital purpose.

By any objective measure Christianity has been an overwhelming force for good.

The "RCC" definitely has much to apologize for, but that isn't the totality of Christianity. Many would say it has almost nothing to do with it.
If Jesus represents anything it is the necessity of personal responsibility, for life and for any conceivable relationship with any conceivable creator. One need not be a believer or even have ever heard of 'Jesus' to discover the truth he spoke of. It isn't 'truth' as the world looks at things, so it is easy for it to escape notice. It doesn't have much to do with the human attachment to materialism, except to the degree that the "material" is non-material.
In the end, everyone is faced with the reality of existence. Some have the luck to confront it before that.

Who doesn’t have much to apologize for?

It’s human nature to judge others in a harsher light than we judge ourselves. This is especially true for those we don’t like or have a bias against.

To me the question is objectivity. By any objective measure, the no other institution played a greater role than the RCC in shaping western civilization.

They must have done a few things right.

no, not arrogant at all and yes I am not a sinner if you tried it you might not find it so difficult - and is the religion of antiquity as prescribed by the Almighty as the means for admission to the Everlasting.

lol and yet neither you nor Rosie have ever cited all these 'forgeries n stuff', nor explained why you're stupid enough to believe they could have gotten away with that at all. You're a joke, like the rest of the deviant neurotics who don't like theologies that encourage self-restraint and moral standards and frown on mindless self-indulgence.

liar, forgeries have been provided previously without reply -

Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

the above is a 4th century forgery, nor the first line exemplative of the religious itinerant.

"Everyone who goes on ahead and does not abide in the teaching of Christ, does not have God. Whoever abides in the teaching has both the Father and the Son. If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not receive him into your house or give him any greeting, for whoever greets him takes part in his wicked works." 2 John 1:9-11

another forgery meant for sicko's and their deceitful, political intrigues.

Christianity in the 4th century was dominated in its early stage by Constantine the great and the First Council of Nicaea of 325, which was the beginning of the period of the First seven Ecumenical Councils (325–787), and in its late stage by the Edict of Thessalonica of 380, which made Nicene Christianity the state church of the Roman Empire.

by first decimating over the 2nd and 3rd centuries the original meaning and objective of the liberation theology of the 1st century brought to an untimely end by their own forebears they spent an entire 4th century writing the christian bible. portraying a photo rendering of a political objective disguised as a religion. - sicko / bing - bible belt christians et al.

the history of christianity from the 4th century to the present day is one of uninterrupted persecution and victimization of the innocent -

no different than the other false desert religions all of which have abandoned the religion of antiquity as prescribed by the Almighty culminating in their crucifixion of an innocent man and the continued injustice they foster without remorse.

No. They weren’t previously provided.

What you argued is that some Christians did bad things and therefore forgeries.

It is a stupid and disingenuous argument.

You and that bozo who purports to be a Gnostic Christian are human pieces of shit.

Bullshit. You are a filthy piece of shit liar. A fucking nazi. You are the biggest sinner here.

You don’t have a religion of antiquity. You have the religion of secularism.

More bull shit. The same bull shit. With no evidence whatsoever.

My partner's mother was 100 years old. Just this little old Jewish lady. She confided to her son that Jesus had been visiting with her every night. They had long meaningful talks about life and death. As months wore on, we saw Doris and Jesus grow a meaningful relationship. I asked Doris if she was now a Christian. She said that Jesus was a Jew and she was a Jew. Jesus came for the Jews and soon He will come for her. She died soon after that last conversation. Christians and Jews are closer than you might think.

I.e., assorted idiot rubbish anybody can laugh at and disprove, just as they have thousands of times here, but tards think if they repeat it over and over and over it will magically become true. They're just trying to rope in the stupid, which is fine; a gang of stupid morons is no more of a challenge than one of them.

Well said!

When you read the daily message from Chabad, you see many similarities with Jesus messages

"The One Above did not want His creation to be a sort of simple oneness, homogeneous and uniform, with no distinction between one creation and the next. On the contrary, He desired a multitude—a tremendous multitude, to the point that we exclaim, “How many are Your works, oh G‑d!”

And not in number alone. They are diverse, and their diversity has great meaning. Upon beholding any one of those creations we can exclaim, “How great are Your works, oh G‑d!” Because these differences are not insignificant, arbitrary differences. Rather, the uniqueness of each individual creation is a commentary all of its own on the greatness of its Creator.

So too, it is the differences among human beings, not their sameness, that makes them precious in their Creator’s eyes."

A Multitude

Despite all obfuscating controversy, the message of Jesus is the metaphysical continuation (logical extension, if you will) of Judaism.
