Why Was Mike Pence Not Charged With Possessing Classified Documents?

This is not GOP vs. Dem.

This is Zionist 911 W "Biden Republicans" and all Dems vs. Trump and others who want 911 re-opened and prosecuted.

The deal that fucked America - you guys keep the closet door shut, and we'll put 911 IN THE CLOSET

Another one who believes in a Double Standard. What does “ Zionism “ have to do with anything. ; Fuck Face.

Former Trump Vice-President Mike Pence possessed classified documents from January 20, 2021 forward. NB That part of the [BS] charging document of Donald Trump says he possessed them from January 20, 2021, same as Pence possessed them.

And not until after the MAL raid did Pence decide maybe he should search to see if he possessed any classified documents. Meaning Pence possessed them longer than Trump did.

A 100% selective prosecution of Trump because he is a threat to the deep state, whereas Pence is no threat to that same deep state.

Because his last name is not Trump plus he is not so independently wealthy that he can’t be controlled on what the Deep State considers important issues.

Again, Trump has multiple charges of possessing documents from January 20, 2021.

Pence possessed documents from January 20, 2021.

Yet Pence is not charged with possessing while Trump is, and that is the very definition of selective prosecution.

Biden possessed documents for years, indeed for decades. No charges.

Nope, not selective. Pence worked with the NARA to quickly return their documents. Whereas Trump fought to return everything for 16 months. Defying a subpoena, lying to the FBI, hiding classified documents from the FBI, and finally needing a search warrant to retrieve the rest.

Had Trump responded the way Pence did, he wouldn't be in this mess now.

BS.

Trump is charged with possession of documents from January 20, 2021 (among other BS charges).

Pence's alleged cooperation only started after the raid on MAL.

Regardless, Pence still possessed them from January 20, 2021. He had possession.

Trump, as with Øbama, was in negotiations with the Archive. Øbama possessed classified documents and 18 months after Øbama left office did they settle. No FBI/DOJ involvement.

Trump was only out of office 12 months and negotiating when the Archive sicced the FBI/DOJ on him (and it is questionable as to what statutory authority the Archive had to do so).

Not charging Pence with possession shows selective prosecution.

The amount of time they had them is irrelevant. What is relevant is how much time transpired from the time they were requested back by the NARA. As well as how cooperative the players were and how much resistance they gave in returning the classified documents.

Because Pence didn’t hide, deny, fight return, present a false affidavit to the FBI and commit 37 felonies.

It’s simple fuckup.

BTW it’s hypocritical to claim double standard and then want that double standard applied to your fuckup.

FALSE! First, the National Archives and the DOJ did not demand a return of Classified Documents. They requested a return of documents containing classification markings. These are two entirely different things.

Most documents containing classification markings are not classified documents; yet, most classified documents contain classification markings. Additionally, one of the documents used by Jack Smith in his indictment [COUNT #11] contained no markings at all.

Second, it is critically important to remember that throughout the legal issues in the aftermath of the Mar-a-Lago raid, the DOJ has viciously denied any responsibility to describe the "classified" documents they claim to have retrieved. In fact, the DOJ has fought against any entity, including the court appointed “special master”, from being able to look at the documents the DOJ *previously* claimed were either classified, or, vital to national security.

As yet, no one has even shown a grain of evidence that there were any documents at all, with classified markings in Mar-a-lago, before the FBI raid. Witch hunt.

And at least I'm not claiming that there was "no law" involved with this.

Nobody has any evidence that Trump did any of those things, nor that there even were any documents to have done these things with.

Where's your link showing classified documents, with no markings of "unclassified," are not classified...?

I'm going to wager it's because he didn't side with trump and defend him. And after the Jan 6 thing he has become increasingly against trump.

By him not being for trump has helped him dodge a lot of flak from democrats.
