Just amazing. Yet, people see claims made by the DOJ and readily accept them as being factual.

But here we have a former Fed Prosecutor with 22 years experience, seeing what the DOJ has become and letting everyone know.

And courts blithely go along 90% of the time.


The Gov made up the content of a dozen or more calls in the Oath Keeper trials.
There were no recordings and the participant said connections didn't go through or the crowd noise was so loud no one could hear.
Didn't slow down the AUSAs. They just invented content that was consistent with their theory and called in a "reasonable inference."
I called it "wish casting" and "delusional fantasy."
