Will Racist Associations Cost Rand Paul a Shot at the White House?

looks like his own people are calling him out for backpedaling.

from the OP:
Sothern Nationalist Network calling Hunter a coward because Hunter is now downplaying his racist views:

The cowardice of Jack Hunter | Southern Nationalist Network "

Yup, he's trying to distance himself from his ol' racist buddies in an effort to save face and they are calling him out on that.

He's an avowed secessionist which is classic racist code.

If any of you think Rand Paul could be president,

try this exercise...we'll start by giving him all the states Romney won,

and you tell us what states he can take from the Democrats to make up the difference he'd need to win.

Florida, Virginia, Colorado, Iowa, Nevada

Colorado, probably; Iowa, possibly; Nevaa, Florida, Virginia, never. Rand could quite conceivably lose Texas.

Too much defense industry in Virginia, too many non-whites in Florida, too many farmers in Iowa, too many hispanics in Nevada.

Well then maybe you can prove that I don't believe there's such a thing as racism.

Is it racist to believe that America would cease to be America if it had a non-white majority?

Is it racist to post a message that says "Happy Nig--r nDay" with a photo of a black man being lynched on MLK's birthday?

Of course Kennedy here will say no or just pretend it didn't happen. (Wouldn't it just suck to be stuck with THAT as your best argument?)

I'm the one pretending something didn't happen? Have you responded to this post yet, or are you still actively ignoring it?

I don't pretend that Hightower was anything other than a racist. My only point regarding Hightower is that he was a staffer on Rand's campaign. Nothing more. The candidate's can't possibly be responsible for every view of every staffer that works for their campaign. Jack Hunter, on the other hand, has always had a close relationship with Rand. If you could actually prove he was a racist then you might have a point. So far you've failed miserably.

I honestly think that Kentucky and West Virginia are the only two states he stands an outside chance of winning. Maybe Mississippi, South Carolina, and Alabama.

And what do those states all have in common?

Of course it is.

Denial is not a river in Eygpt.

The new racism, at least the version that's trying to be palatable in the mainstream public eye,

has learned its table manners, if you know what I mean.

Well then maybe you can prove that I don't believe there's such a thing as racism.

Is it racist to believe that America would cease to be America if it had a non-white majority?

Can't prove it then, huh?

And before you go on to claim victory, I'm not answering your question because the burden of proof is not on me to prove that I believe racism exists. You claimed that was my belief so it's your job to prove it. Not that I expect that to stop you.

The fact that you didn't answer my question proves it.

The burden of proof is on you to show that Hunter never said anything racist. I claimed that you don't think there's anything that's racist.

You have no desire to prove me wrong, as evidenced by the fact that you wouldn't answer the above question.

I therefore have no reason to change my opinion about you.

I would have gone the other way. Nevada, Florida and Virginia are the easy picks...Colorado isn't hard, Iowa has surprised me.

Jersey Chris will never take Florida or Virgina. He'll lose Missouri...we have RINO fatigue.

McCain and Romney have done us in.

I'd say a few of the other Southern States are fed up too.

We were willing to go along to get along, but Romney was the last straw.

I'm not backing Rand...but I am 100% opposed to Christie.

Actively opposed.

Just like I was actively opposed to Romney before he was nominated.

And we all saw how that turned out.

Weren't you a big Romney supporter?

How'd that work out?

So you want me to prove two negatives. You're a hoot. The burden of proof is on the people making the claims. You're claiming that Hunter is a racist, and that I don't believe racism exists, therefore the burden of proof is on you to prove that Hunter is a racist and that I don't believe racism exists.

That you hate them?

Naw.

They are big on Socialism.

Also commonly known as "pork".

Wait...wait...you voted for Obama, didn't you.

I remember now.

Well, no wonder you love Chris Christie!

It all makes sense now.

BWAAA

He was his communications director. Authorized to speak on behalf of Paul and to coordinate ALL COMMUNICATIONS.

Your lame insistance on trying to paint him as just some low-level anonymous staffer just nails down how dishonest your are on this. This dishonesty disqualifies you from receiving any serious responses on your efforts to take this conversation in a different direction.

You can demand people prove negatives, or any other logical BS you want to try to hang your hat on all you want.

Bottom line is that there are three facts that are absolutely proven:
1) Hightower is a racist
2) That racism is obvious to anyone who is even vaguely familiar with him.
3) Rand Paul hired him to a top-level position.

No I wasn't. I didn't vote for him.

What to shoot in the dark a little more?
What number am I think of ????

In other words, you can't respond to my other post so you're just going to ignore it and latch onto a dismissed staffer and run with it. Got it.

1. I don't have to prove my opinions are facts. That's why they call them opinions.

2. If you don't think believing that America can't be America without a white majority is racist, then I can't imagine what you think racism is.
