The two certs he's provided are not only not valid with official investigations of a duly elected and fully sworn and certified law enforcement agency having determined both certs to be not only forgeries, by TERRIBLE forgeries.

Of course, it doesn't help that the ONLY person who has 'testified' to having seen the original having passed from the airplane she was flying in filling up with water... .
