Very few have any understanding of the criminally insane. It doesn't matter how crazy they are, there is no society or community that is safe. Not even prisoners are safe.

They can be kept alive in a permanent solitary lock down or medicated until they are comatose. This of course doesn't help the killer. It does give the deluded among us their feelz good. They are caring people who don't believe in killing the deranged. They are compassionate.
