This person should be removed from the streets and locked in a secure institution to be given the psychological help they obviously need.

Yup. Just the type to come wandering in deciding she wants to be a child psychiatrist in Botswana, but first she needs her GED, please. Then the story of her life. No boundaries, probably no shower in awhile either. I'm a miserable human being and I fucking admit it. Mentally ill people wear me out, especially on Fridays.
