No, the Internet is a public facility, so then has to allow all religions, age groups, political persuasion, races, etc., equal access.
The only censorship that can legally be allowed on the internet is when it is deliberately harming the rights of others with slander, libel, or inciting violence.
Twitter does not own anything, and has to abide entirely by the FCC regulations that explicitly prohibit political discrimination.

Specifically in 2020, we knew that Russia was pushing disinformation about Hunter Biden.
