The problem seems to be that the media doesn't seem to care about them and no prosecutor has the sack to try prosecuting them for conspiracy.
They don't want to end up dead in a hotel room.

Pretty safe to say if Manafort, Flynn, Cohen, Gates or Papadopoulos had worked for Clinton they would not be under investigation. There would be no investigation at all.
