No legally it doesn't. An American can say whatever he pleases no matter who it offends. Of course someone shouldn't scream fire in a theater if there isn't one, but that's not what this is. This is someone with a different politcal view point and that doesn't give him the right to deny someones else's right to free speech.Freedom of speech has limitations.
