Then they show a picture of kimberly the ex fox anchor who is a latino beauty and modest dresser and call her picture tacky. Lol

m'k.... to care in the same sense as the OP... means to judge. that's certainly not the same as caring if someone has torn & dirty clothes because they can't afford to buy clothes or are homeless & cannot clean them. that is what should be cared about. not whether someone has a plunging neckline or see thru pants on. but to each his own deep thinking or superficiality.
