The US Constitution states that Congress shall not abridge the right of the people to peaceably assemble.
Riots, thuggery, tire slashing and other types of vandalism against public and private property are CRIMES. All of the above are the results of union grievances.
No one is advocating the removal of any worker rights. In fact right to work laws expand worker rights. It prevents workers from being compelled to join a labor collective.

Unions don't just strike any more TM. They lobby for tax money to be spent on them--people who don't even belong are paying. They trade hours lobbying on the phone lying their asses off to other voters about "mean" conservatives in exchange for Congressional votes. They tally those hours to present to their Congresscritters how much they're worth as the basis for buying votes for free. The unions do not pay taxes on these wages and the Congresscritters pass waivers on their malfeasance. Their convenient "excuse" is "all's fair in love and war." Democrat liberals have waged war against the truth, decency, and self-accounting with an assault on right with wrong.
