Where are the most advanced techniques developed, used, and trained to others? Which country has the most access to medical professionals trained at the best schools?

I would not lose this system for government run or managed or funded healthcare as an entitlement system... period

Do we have less of one type of machine because we have even more advanced machines that do a better job with more quickness and efficiency that we don't need as many of that machine?
