Remember when the experts said we didn’t need a wall along the entire border? They said 450 miles of strategically placed wall would work.

They already have 216 miles in place, and I heard a Border Patrol guy interviewed today who said they would be at 450 by the end of the year, or early next year.

Another Trump promise kept.

Some places on the 2,000 mile border don't need a wall. There are forbidding mountain areas where very few hikers or hunter dare to go. An illegal wouldn't stand a chance try to cross in that area. ...

Isn't the border like 2,000 miles long?
The border from the Gulf of Mexico to El Paso, Texas follows along the Rio Grande River forming a natural barrier.
As a result of the barrier, there has been a significant increase in the number of people trying to cross areas that have no fence, such as the Sonoran Desert and the Baboquivari Mountains in Arizona.[10] Such immigrants must cross fifty miles (80 km) of inhospitable terrain to reach the first road, which is located in the Tohono O'odham Indian Reservation.
So
A) the Rio Grande River is part of the natural barrier. The total length of the river is about 1,900 miles (3,060 km).
B) Cities on the borders have barriers.
C) What is being replaced are fences...those simple wire barbed fences with this:

Yeah, so?

There was never a plan for a 2000 mile wall.

How about the rest of the "plan"? Got that check from Mexico yet?
$3.5 billion of that would come from counter-drug operations

Only about “three miles of new border wall system [have been] constructed in locations where no barriers previously existed,” according to Homeland Security’s June 19 status report on the wall.

Another promise MAGAt has not kept but its exactly as we all knew it would be.

That's great news. However, if I found myself hiking through the rougher geographical stretches of southern border and I happened upon an immigrant family in need who wasn't coyote and/or narco-terror related, I give 'em some food and water, and then do my best to escort them back from whence they came or to the nearest Border Patrol checkpoint.

The truth, snowflake: Trump has built just THREE MILES of entirely new border wall

He promised to "build that wall" not "replace that fence". :auiqs.jpg:

He replaced this:

With a smooth 32 foot wall of steel reinforced with layers of razor wire and motion sensors to alert ICE agents. MAGA!

The Rio isn‘t a barrier. You can wade across most of it.

Hmmm.....the Border Patrol vs an English tabloid.

Those determined will just dig under it.

But in any case, we'll see if America wants to continue down this road come November.

Let's gets this straight...
A minority of the US wants to destroy all statues and stores...that's America.
Way more people, even if a minority, want a wall...that's not America.

Is that supposed to make sense according to your statement that the number of people count for an action?
