I have enough trouble worrying about myself and my wife.My trade can't be outsourced like when I was an industrial and military electronics tech and electrician. There is no such animal as free trade....What with tariffs and regulations that abound on trade. Then stop using the device you are posting with. The president can't bring back manufacturing jobs yet Congress can and as long as these corporations have no ties to the US govt. they can do as they please and a large part of corporations are multi-national corporations that can do as they please. It’s really a bipartisan affair. Thanks democrats.
That is very true. Though, republicans eventually realized that the policy of globalization did not give the promised results and elected someone with a different platform.
Though many of the long term republicans are still loyal to the old failed ideology.
Yes, they elected a globalist to fix globalization. Shocking that it didn't work.
They elected the candidate that wanted to try vs the candidate that wanted to give up on those jobs.
That he has a record of engaging in the very practice that he has promised to address, is a minus, but it still makes vastly more sense to go with the person who is says he will try, vs the one who says she will NOT.
Now, let's see what you have to contribute to the conversation now. Because I have yet to see a lib that can respond to that.
A corporation has no ties to US, we don't have to let them have access to the latest market in the world.
We have power. We have leverage. Let's us it to protect and advance our interests, especially the interests of the American Workers.
Fuck the corporations that want to build products with slave labor and sell it here at a premium.
Whether they are American, international, Chinese, or fucking German or ect.
I would rather support policy that brings as much production back here, as reasonable possible.
you do support that, right? You are a working man, I believe.
Jobs and wages. That won't happen if we keep the Free Trade status qou.
Fair enough. I will adjust.

But, millions of other jobs can. And then they come into your field and bring down your wages.
Also, do you really not give a damn about your friends and family and community who are losing jobs and wages?
Don't ask me to fix your problems too.
