I think it's been pretty well proven that orders came out of DC.
Oh? provide your evidence of that.

The IRS agents testified to that effect. Further it is inconceivable that bureaucrats like that would initiate such a program without guidance from DC.
I don't give a fuck who did it, those who ordered it, those who ignored it, and those who did it, all need to go to jail.

For what? None of them were denied tax exempt status (although many should have) and even while their applications were being scrutinized, they enjoyed the status that allowed them to funnel anonymous cash to conservative candidates.

Civil rights violations of the 14thA.
Yes they were denied a timely decision and singled out for unequal treatment. You are for equal treatment, amiright? For what? Nothing was denied them. They got their status. In fact, the IRS Approved More Conservative Groups Than Liberal Groups .
Do you believe, then, that Sheriff Arpio should go to jail?

No, an IRS agent did not testify to that fact. The agent said, and I quote, "it's impossible for that to have happened without superiors knowing about it". That does not translate to "the order came from D.C." No matter how desperately Issa wants it to be the case.

They weren't denied anything while their applications were scrutinized. They had and kept their tax exempt status.
Yes or no, should Joe Arpio go to jail for targeting Hispanics?
There is a lot left to learn..
Such as why did Obama's cabinet know about the investigations and Obama didn't.
Gotta love the troll criteria of 'proof'

The delays stretched into months and years. It prevented them from raising funds. They were subject to unequal treatment, which is prohibited under the 14th Amendment to the Constitution.
You want to discuss Sheriff Joe, go start a thread.

uhhuh
Cummings will release his 'evidence' at the end of the week.
So we will see who has the real info later.
good luck, b/c if he's lying...
Issa is refusing to release the reports. If it's found Issa is trying to cover up for the right wing cronies, I'm sure you will be leading the charge to call for his resignation, correct?
