This column is a response to a reply column from one journalist to another.......the journalist in this column goes through the 2 points that the previous journalist got wrong......and explains why Chauvin should have had a not guilty verdict...

George Floyd died of a massive dose of Fentanyl that he swallowed.
It was still negligent homicide. He (Chauvin) should have called EMTs.

He was charged wrongly (for the wrong crime) though, and found guilty. That's pretty messed up.

That is a seriously long article. TL/DR

Yeah, that was a bad court case. It's an example of the flaws in our justice system.

Our courts can do bad enough on their own without adding Democrat corruption into the mix.

EMT's were called, they were on the way.

Nor was it on the officer restraining the prisoner to call. So you cannot blame that on Chauvin had they not been called.

Bullshit!

They did call the EMTs and they were there in minutes. Chauvin actively tried to save the junkie's life. Chauvin prevented Floyd from flopping around into very busy holiday traffic even helped put him in the rescue vehicle.

Chauvin literally risked his own life in his attempt to save Floyd's life.

There was no negligent homicide.

Derek Chauvin?

I had to look it up. I was going to ask "How do you people remember the names?" then I remembered -- you're always morphing murdered into martyrs.

First, from Lieutenant Johnny Mercil’s testimony, we know that MPD were trained that in certain situations, you can hold someone in the prone position with body weight (and not move them to the side-recovery position) “until the scene is Code 4.” Code 4 means, roughly, “everything is under control and the scene is safe.”

We also know from the testimony at trial that when the paramedics arrived at the scene, they did not believe that the scene was “Code 4” because of the hostile crowd—which is to say they did not think that it was safe for them to apply medical treatment. So they delayed treatment and did what is called a “load and go”—loading Floyd’s body into the ambulance and immediately moving to a safe location before applying treatment. If the paramedics did not consider the scene to be “Code 4” because of the hostile crowd, then it is not ridiculous to suspect that Chauvin had made the same judgment a few minutes earlier.

Thanks for that.

It still counts as negligent homicide. He was convicted of a worse crime, though. That's not good.

He really wasn't guilty of that crime.

Hmmm?

Floyd was placed on the ground at 8:19 p.m. and EMS was called by 8:21 p.m. As one of the prosecution’s witnesses (herself a firefighter and EMT) explained, a normal EMS response time would have been three minutes or less—putting medics on the scene by 8:24 p.m., when Floyd was still breathing. The fact that EMS didn’t arrive until 8:27 p.m., she explained, was “totally abnormal.” In fact, it was so abnormal that she literally couldn’t believe it at the trial.

Three factors killed Floyd
1 Fentanyl
2 Covid
3 Arteriosclerosis

The coroner said that the LEO did not harm Floyd.
Congresswoman Maxine Waters showed up during the jury deliberation and made threats of violence if the jury did not convict.

Alan Dershowitz says Maxine Waters used KKK ... - Washington Examiner

Apr 20, 2021 · Lawyer Alan Dershowitz said Rep. Maxine Waters should be “ashamed of herself” for what he described as using Ku Klux Klan tactics to intimidate the jury in Derek Chauvin’s trial over the death of George Floyd.

“The irony of what congresswoman Waters did. She borrowed the playbook of the Ku Klux Klan from the 1920s and 1930s. They would stand outside of courtrooms, and they would threaten violence,” Dershowitz told Newsmax.

Floyd's pushers were with him. They refused to tell the first responders what drugs they gave to Floyd.

Floyd had recently lost his job. He could not pay his pusher. His pusher is on a surveillance camera handing Floyd a counterfeit bill.

Personally, I think Floyd owed a drug debt and couldn't pay it. Therefore a pusher purposefully administered an overdose to make an example out of him. The pusher pleaded the fifth and refused to testify.

Another totally fabricated False Flag

Chauvin was almost certainly Agency and more than a close colleague of junky George Floyd.
I doubt he served more than a token few days and will be fully rewarded .
Check his in-prison footprint , if you find it all too much to believe .
Never in prison .

Check, out the famous video . Totally pre-set unless you argue for the million to one chance of this untraceable person being in the right spot for the whole time .
Really .
