If there was an equally serious investigation and indictment into both Biden and Pence having classified documents they should not have had yes. Right now this looks like the DOJ setting one standard for Trump and another for everyone else.

If you take a pause on the Trump injustice path….look at at what is similar and what different.

Biden: classified material was found in boxes of files by his lawyer cleaning out an old office. More was found in a file box in his garage. Obviously this is not good. On the other hand, there was no attempt to retain it and he opened his properties to a search and in no way obstructed it.

Pence: the same.

The OP is asking about a recording with no proof what the "classified" documents actually are. Are they still top secret or outdated info?
IF we would be out of the PRA and into the "Espionage Act" then, yes, Trump should be found guilty. The Espionage Act is serious, the PRA is not.
Trump just doesn't get being presidential and national security laws.
