He researched in the field of blood transfusions, developing improved techniques for blood storage, and applied his expert knowledge to developing large-scale blood banks early in World War II. If you could, would you reject it because it came from a certain race or another? But in reality you wouldn't care would you? Also, if you want to go further, let's address homosexuality. Pick the blood that comes from a gay person. You can't. So, lets think about that before we make judgements about race or sexual orientation.

I would prefer to get a blood transfusion from a blood relative because of genetics but if that's not possible, it doesn't make any difference. Blood is blood.

I second this. As long as the blood isn't contaminated in any way, it should be appreciated no matter where it came from.
