2. The African Americans' absence (in Chicago, for example) is being filled by Hispanic people.

If it's true, I say it's about time. Rural living isn't for everyone, but how can the folks living in the inner cities possibly stand putting up with the level of senseless violence going on in some of them. Anyone smart enough to get themselves and their families out of harms way is welcome in my neighborhood.
