Is that the same as "involuntary" manslaughter? He's not charged with murder. He's charged with manslaughter, which he's very obviously guilty of.
No it’s more seriousIs that the same as "involuntary" manslaughter?
Imagine the damage he could have done had he actually pulled the trigger. He just was holding it and 1 was killed and another wounded. There were only 3 killed at the OK Corral with everyone shooting. That prosecutor's lucky he didn't shoot her in the face.
Miami Blues, The Getaway especially lots of gunplay. If that's the case, his charges should be upgraded.
He had the final responsibility for making sure the weapon was safe and didnt do it
How hard is it to drop the mag out in your hand and just LOOK to insure it is loaded with blanks???
Still, cardinal rule: DON'T POINT THE FUCKING THING AT PEOPLE WHEN YOU FIRE IT.
They can position the camera so that you can't tell exactly where it is aimed.
You would think this would be in the director's rule book PLUS where was the actor telling Baldwin not to point is at her chest when he did?
A whole set full of stupid dumbfucks.
Someone point a gun at me, blanks or not, movie set or not, and I'm jumping out of the way.
Justice is not pursued anymore, only convictions.Hmm. You would think that kinda germane to the case.
Hollywood makes its living glorifying guns and then bashing honest responsible gun ownersHow hard is it to drop the mag out in your hand and just LOOK to insure it is loaded with blanks???

Normally, the court bailiff wouldn't allow a defendant to get up and walk out of the courtroom, so not sure why no one stopped him, but walking out in the middle of testimony in your manslaughter trial isn't a good look.
His lawyer's reaction is also priceless...

Dick Cheney's a retard, but he didn't kill who he shot, numbnuts.Im surprised you righties dont see this as government overreach… I am starting to think your opinions only matter based on who is on what side.
Dick Cheney knew his gun was loaded and shot someone in the face with no issues.
I bet your not saying that today...case dismissed with prejudiceJustice is not pursued anymore, only convictions.
Don't worry, innocent Alex will be doing his vindictive nasty Trump skits on SNL again soon.I bet your not saying that today...case dismissed with prejudice
