DumBama never liked Joe. He picked him because of the known fact DumBama didn't have much experience in federal government before being elected. Most VP's are chosen to fill in the gaps the presidential contender doesn't have. Dementia picked Whorris because she's a woman of color. McCain picked Palin because he was a RINO and needed the female and conservative vote. Trump picked Pence because he too had a lot of experience and to get the religious vote, made sure his VP had very strong religious values.

You have to be able to identify a document with some specificity in order to declassify it. Obama could not just say, "I hereby declassify any classified stuff in Biden's possession." Of course, he couldn't implement the dreamers act either, but he did it anyway.

I believe it is. I believe that is why this all blew up on Biden. The administration knew the Republicans would access the records and see Biden's name everywhere but the records not there.

Now why is no one making sure the records are where they are accounted for? I have no idea. Heads need to roll.
