Republican Ken Cuccinelli who lost by a slim margin to Terry McAuliffe in the Virginia Gubernatorial Election last night, is planning to contest the results of the race after his own office found potential evidence of widespread voter fraud during the election.

<NationalReport>Richmond, VA–Merely hours after the close of a bitter and divisive Governor’s race in Virginia that saw Democrat Terry McAuliffe pull out a win over Republican Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, irregularities in voting data have emerged. According to mainstream media outlets McAuliffe supposedly defeated Cuccinelli in a razor-thin 47-46 percent victory to become the next Governor of the great state of Virginia.

Immediately following the announcement, Cuccinelli’s office opened a full investigation into the legitimacy of the vote and quickly turned up surprising results. In 13 districts, multiple instances of intimidation at the polls were reported. Large black men wearing traditional Black Panther garb were reported lingering around polling places approaching older voters asking questions about who they intended on voting for. In Louden and Fairfax counties (traditional Democratic strongholds), election officials withheld submitting voter data in order to get an idea of whether to count absentee ballots or not. In an audit of the voter registration information, it quickly became apparent that MULTIPLE votes were cast by people who were either dead or had long ago moved out of the district.

According to exit polling Cuccinelli won the race by big margins reaching a high percent of the key voting blocks of women, Latinos and Blacks.

This has merit. He was leading by as much as 30 points in the early going. Suddenly McAuliffe made a miraculous comeback. If this holds true, Liberals should be ashamed of themselves.

I'm not saying it might not be true, but the reported precinct tallies went from Red to Blue counties. Northern Virginia which reported last is a shit hole of progressives and Federal Gov workers.

that does not mean that in order to get generally MORE votes they did not toss ballots for the dead, the ones who moved and the ones who already voted.

So a poll swing means voter fraud? :eusa_think:

What does it mean if it swings the other way?

Btw I must have missed the part where Cuccinelli was "leading by as much as 30 points". What I remember hearing was more the other way around.

It has merit, but not for the reason you indicate.

Not all polling places have the same ratio of votes going to the same candidates. It's quite typical to see a big skew based on the early reporting which is narrowed or reversed once the total count is in.

But the Dems had a big incentive to engage in fraud, and manipulated the election by backing the libertarian candidate. So, other fraud tactics are not beyond the pale.

I am not seeing this story reported anywhere else where Cunniceli will contest the results.
