Already, Trump destroying info, intel and healthcare

You can't shame these people.

The point is he resigned because it was less harmful to his image than being disbarred.

The assertion was that he was disbarred. The truth is that he was not. And I now see you're finally coming to realize that. Thanks!

Hmmm...

"Clinton’s law license in Arkansas was suspended for five years, and he paid a $25,000 fine. The Supreme Court also barred Clinton from practicing law before the nation’s highest court."

so yeah, he was disbarred you retard.

Fact-Check: Yes, Bill Clinton Was Disbarred and Fined After Impeachment - Breitbart

You know who else had their law license removed?

Barak Obama.

Nice Use of FAKE STATISTICS by Fake Americans.
More false new!
A court official confirms that no public disciplinary proceeding has ever been brought against Obama, contrary to a false Internet rumor. By voluntarily inactivating their licenses, the Obama's avoided a requirement to take continuing education classes and pay hundreds of dollars in annual fees. Both could practice law again if they chose to do so.

The Obamas’ Law Licenses

Actually they were forced to volunteer their licenses away in a deal that would allow them to avoid embarrassment over a particular issue.

And in that deal, they were allowed to reapply for their licenses after a later date.
But, thanks for posting the "cover story'.

Please list the number of presidents who have ever volunteered to have their law licenses revoked.

Serious question, are you fucking illiterate?

FALSE: Barack and Michelle Obama Lost Their Law Licenses

Michelle Obama does in fact have a license to practice law in Illinois (it is currently on inactive status), and she did not hold a position as legal counsel with the University of Chicago Hospitals (she worked at that institution as Executive Director for Community Affairs and then Vice President for Community and External Affairs). None of her job duties at the University of Chicago Hospitals required her to have an active law license.

Michelle Obama did not "voluntarily surrender" her law license; she requested that her license be placed on "inactive" status. The difference is crucial: a lawyer who has surrendered his law license has given it up and therefore no longer has a license; a lawyer who has gone on inactive status still holds a valid law license but is not currently engaged in any professional activities that require it to be active.

...

Barack Obama did not "surrender" his law license. Like Michelle, Barack Obama had no need for an active law license for the work in which he was engaged, so in February 2007 (after announcing his candidacy for the presidency) he chose to have his law license placed on “voluntarily inactive” status, and after becoming president he opted to change his status to “voluntarily retired.” Neither of the Obamas was irrevocably stripped of a law license through the action of "surrendering" them.

Just so some of you numb nuts libs cannot claim you are unaware of this fact.

There have been 5 presidential elections where the winner won the Electoral Vote but not the Popular Vote.
Trump is not the first, nor will he be the last.

When did anyone argue otherwise, dipshit?

Every time you state Hillary won The Popular vote it is a criticism of The Electoral College.

BTW, I'll SAY THIS AGAIN.

Exactly how did The Russians impact our election in favor of Trump when Hillary won the Popular Vote?
I'll be waiting for decades for your answer.

304-227 say we're not.

I see. You don't understand how the EC works. That or you don't have a working understanding of the definition of "majority".

I know exactly how the EC works, I also understand that the only majority that counts are within State lines. It's you regressives that don't understand our form of government and give credence to irrelevant shit.

Regressives?

Are you aware of the origins of the electoral college? It's a compromise with slaveholding states that was instituted along with the three-fifths compromise. If anything's "regressive" it's the EC. No industrialized nation on earth aside form ours elects a president in such a way. It's undemocratic and it's a relic of a time when Virginia plantation owners wanted to increase their representation in national elections using their unwilling slaves as quota points.

Enjoy clinging to THAT legacy as your legitimacy for Trump's presidency.

Garydog explains how the shit-hole state of Ca. should dictate how the country is run. Really, the largest cities in Ca. After all, Ca. is doing so well. You can see that by the zombie apocalypse on the streets, the filth, the chaos, the debt and tax on taxes.

He also explains how candidates should chase the popular vote when it doesn't matter. That and if the rules were changed, they'd chase the EC instead, just cuz.

Way to go Clinton. Congrats.

Yeah, let's not have CA dictate how the country is run. Let Ohio do it. You are clinically fucking retarded. Do you even know what democracy is??

Yes, we do. So did our Founders, which is why they REJECTED it. Clearly an ignorant twerp, like you, doesn't.

"Clinton Disbarred From Practice Before Supreme Court"
WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Supreme Court ordered former President Clinton disbarred from practicing law before the high court on Monday and gave him 40 days to contest the order.

The court did not explain its reasons, but Supreme Court disbarment often follows disbarment in lower courts.

In April, Clinton's Arkansas law license was suspended for five years and he paid a $25,000 fine. The original disbarment lawsuit was brought by a committee of the Arkansas Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court followed its standard rules in the Clinton case, which include suspending Clinton from practice in the court and giving him 40 day to show why he should not be permanently disbarred.

Clinton Disbarred From Practice Before Supreme Court

Bill Clinton was Fined, Disbarred Over the Monica Lewinsky Scandal

You'll have to do better son.

Lol, from your link:

"While Clinton can no longer practice law in front of the highest court, it's not accurate to say that he was disbarred from either the Supreme Court or from practicing law in Arkansas. Clinton's license was suspended in Arkansas, but he was not disbarred"

LOL, from my link, Bill was disbarred from practicing before the Supreme Court.
You're young aren't you?

So you didn't read your link? Your quote was from the debunked report. Mine was from the clarification by snopes.

I won't guess at your age but I imagine it's higher than you IQ.

(sigh) Was Clinton disbarred from practicing before the SC?

Nope.

LOL, Semantic "victories" are pyrrhic at best, and typical celebrated by the less advanced intellectuals of any given political persuasion. He lost is ability to practice law because he perjured himself.

Again, please list The Presidents who "voluntarily" gave up their law licenses.
I know why The Obamas were forced to make this deal and suspend their law licenses.
Do you?

This should be interesting.

I'll wait for your answer.

No, every time I say Hillary won the popular vote, it's FACT. Because it happens to be an unpleasant fact in your mind ain't my problem, hoss.

And hell yes I'll criticize the EC. It's a joke, and it's long-past time for it to go.

You know shit. They inactivated their license. They didn't surrender/give them up/avoid discipline. ZERO discipline was in the works. This is public record.

You know that, right?

2016 the Presidency.

"Clarification by snopes" is an oxymoron. Fake news.

Clinton resigned because he knew they were disbarring him, the end result is the same and so is the shame.

Yeah, Bill is totally shamed right now. LOL!

He had 40 days to dispute the disbarment, he resigned on the 40th day to avoid it. That's a YUGE victory for you.

Still waiting for the official notice that he was disbarred. Don't see it, fucknuts.

Oh, and tell us again about whiny bitches who invoke Hitler, lol!

Dead wrong. The "pyrrhic" victory is when you elect a president so supremely unqualified, and also so guaranteed to besmirch the office and the Republican Party, that you face fantastic losses in upcoming elections and the destruction of any political credibility.

Stay tuned. Though I'm sure your cowardly ass will run away from all this when that happens. Just like when you deleted your post about Hitler not realizing Trump met all your requirements for being a whiny child.

The "Founders" also held slaves, and impregnated them. They're not deities, and they disagreed among themselves a great deal.

If I'm clinically retarded, why would you ask if I know what democracy is? This just in, the last thing this country needs is LA, Chicago, SF, Vegas and NY forcing normal folk to act like foolish assholes. The PC is already bad enough. SOCIALISM is a death wish, and that's what these municipals preach and practice.

Again, Michelle's and Barack's were not suspended. They weren't censured, reprimanded, suspended, disbarred, or even threatened with anything resembling discipline. They STILL HAVE their licenses, in fact, and could practice tomorrow if they wanted to.

Here you go asswagon, This is from snopes. See that part down there where he had 40 days to contest his disbarment from the Supreme Court, and he failed to do so? See that part?

Now, go piss up a rope junior.

"Bill Clinton was disbarred from practicing law in Arkansas and was also disbarred from practicing law in front of the Supreme Court over the Lewinsky incident.

While Clinton can no longer practice law in front of the highest court, it's not accurate to say that he was disbarred from either the Supreme Court or from practicing law in Arkansas. Clinton's license was suspended in Arkansas, but he was not disbarred, and while Clinton did face the possibility of being barred from arguing in front the U.S. Supreme Court, he resigned before the ruling was handed down.

On his last day in office in 2001, Clinton agreed to a five-year suspension of his Arkansas law license in order to head off any criminal charges for lying under oath about his relationship with Lewinsky. Clinton has been eligible to seek reinstatement of his license since 2006, but as of 2013 he had not applied to do so.

Shortly after Clinton's license was suspended in Arkansas, the U.S. Supreme Court suspended Clinton from presenting cases in front of the highest court (which he had never done) and gave him 40 days to contest his disbarment (which Clinton did not do). Instead, he resigned from the Supreme Court bar:"

Yeah, it's how representatives to our republic are elected. Any questions?

No, it's not. House members, Senate members, governors, state legislators, and even governors are ALL elected by way of popular vote. Without exception. It did not use to be that way for all representatives, but direct-election was deemed more democratic about 100 years ago and now senators are voted on by the people, too.

As usual, progressives drag you regressives kicking and screaming into the future. Sorry your lunch counters got darker and your women got more uppity.

Only regressives such as yourself think undermining the founders intent of having two houses in congress, one to represent the people of the States and one to represent the States themselves, is a good thing. That was the reason all States have equal representation in the senate.

Also you regressives refuse to accept the fact that democracy ends at the State line, the federal government exist at the pleasure of the States. Our Constitution gives the States the power to alter or abolish that government at will, that makes the States the ultimate sovereigns.
