I would cite all those Democrat-run states where the federal laws against the sale and use of schedule 1 drugs like marijuana are being ignored. States like Colorado, California, Oregon, Washington, etc.
They don't even have to give the users pardons, because they're all complicit in ignoring the laws. If I started ignoring federal gun laws as concerning machineguns, silencers, and explosive devices, my ass would end up in prison.
