The idea. Carve out a large chunk of sparse land in the Great Plains. South Dakota. Wyoming. Somewhere like that. Make it sovereign from America the same way the Native American reservations are. And....it's theirs. ONLY black folks can move there. They don't have to obviously. But if they choose to do so....it's theirs. Blacks only. No white cops. No white privilege. The Feds could drop a $1 trillion dollars "founding investment" and pick 100 prominent black leaders to found this new place.

As for the few people who actually live on that land now....buy em out. We did it to Palestinians so let's do it here.
