You can see the attraction of the BRICS... Even though there is more turmoil in those parts of the world... We are certainly on the verge of a catastrophic level change in the way commerce gets conducted. While they've managed to work with the dollar as a debt note since the '60s it would appear that they have run out of room to overstate its value.
Many of the countries around the world that depended on the dollar as a stable exchange standard are now beginning to see it for what it is, a pathetic shell of its former self.
It is basically ready to implode from the lack of value that it conveys. That will be the final blow, when the dollar becomes unseated as the reserve currency. I wonder will we start a war to stop that from happening?
