There are a few commonalities in these homegrown terrorist stories.
The family arrived as refugees or asylum seekers. The terrorist was sent back home for training. Then comes back to commit his terrorist act.
It seems that 90% of homegrown terrorists could be stopped if they were prohibited from going home for training. After all, if the family was fleeing in fear of their lives, they would be equally afraid of returning. Have you noticed that refugees and asylum seekers who are in mortal fear of their lives if deported and forced to return, actually return all the time?
