I just saw an interview of Cohen's lawyer, yes, Trumps lawyer, needs a lawyer, who said that Trump knew nothing about the NDA.
The courts have ruled that all parties signing a contract is not needed, if in place of a signature you have all of the other elements. That accepting the $130,000 made the contract valid, dispite it not being signed. BUT.... If as his lawyer, and his lawyers lawyer claims, Trump had no knowledge of the NDA, even if a payment was made, it would invalidate it.

For all the Leftard Dirty Dildos out there. Trump is not suing Daniels for THE NDA, because he does not appear on THE NDA. She is being sued for Defamation. Cohen is suing her for violation of THE NDA, for her discussing her Appearance Fee at a Hotel Grand Opening and Party.
Trump is a public figure so he will not win a defamation case. The person named in the NDA is David Dennison. She hasn't said anything about David Dennison.
