Banning gun sales to young American adults under 21 is unconstitutional, judge rules

Federal Judge in Virginia got it wrong.

If you read up on Heller V D.C you will find that handguns are your right and it's pretty well accepted that 18 is the traditional age for purchase of handguns. Now, a state has the right to regulate the handguns but it cannot deny it. You will notice that the purchase of the AR stands at 21 in many states and they didn't even discuss it in the upper courts.

The Constitution restricts handguns to those 21 and above?

In Heller V it called for the use of "Reasonable" for weapons and the handgun was deemed reasonable. And I believe that adults (this includes 18 year olds) have the right to purchase handguns although the State may require special licensing.
