GOP has never been in favor of enslaving Blacks or denying them the right to vote. Check the legacy of the party you want Blacks to vote? They pushed slavery and denied votes and civil rights. In modern history, Gore (the 2000 D-Candidate's father) and Fulbright (President Bill Clinton's mentor) fought vehemently against civil rights for Blacks. Voting for that legacy is truly hate for ones self.
