It's not a war yet, and Russia definitely can win it. The only question is the price to be paid by the Russians, Ukrainians, Europeans and, what is mostly important, by the Americans.

Russia never had a chance to win this war because the country is run by idiots who are chasing fantasies of empire, but the Russian economy is too weak and the Russian leadership too incompetent to accomplish anything but the destruction of Russia.

From the first days of the invasion, it became clear the Russian leadership had no idea what it was doing, and was ill prepared to fight a war in Ukraine, and when the Ukrainian people shocked the world by driving Russian forces from Kiev and back to the border, western aid began pouring into Ukraine and Russia lost any chance of winning this war. Putin foolishly tried to bluff his way to victory by making all sorts of ridiculous threats, but with each threat, he convinced the Europeans that Russia was everyone's enemy and that Ukraine's war was everyone's war.

4. Russia will give opportunity to all American to earn Russian citizenship or leave new Russian territories.
5. Russia will declare Russian, English and Spanish as regional languages in Alaska and California and will respect rights of local population, including their customs about small firearms (when they are a part of the ethnic costume) and homosexual marriages (which will be named as "partnership").
6. Russia won't pretend on other American lands.
7. We can discuss about other terms.

Russia give you time to think, discuss and evacuate your cities. If you attack Russian cities - they will attack yours (and they can almost totally destroy the USA).
