Likewise....the Gangsta lifestyle has attached itself nearly inseparably to the North American black culture. It doesn't matter what skin color the local police force is composed of. They are charged with Public safety and the Gangsta lifestyle is charged with making the public UNSAFE.....so of course the numbers of blacks in trouble, in prison and in the cemetery is going to be disproportionately higher because they practice for that very thing. It's like an initiation ceremony.

You will notice however that it is not actually skin color that causes this disparity.. It is the NORTH AMERICAN BLACK CULTURE that does.....
African nationals who come from the continent are hard working, moral, and almost never in trouble with the law. Almost every African national that I know has more than one job......it's actually very impressive.

The missing ingredient here is Johnson's Great Society doctrine.. disproportionate is the word alright " I'll have them ******* voting democrat for the next 100 years " ..... It did more damage to the black community in several short decades than 150 years of slavery did. Poverty becomes intertwined with the culture. They are connected. Poverty is a big part of thug culture.

What's the solution?

Just kick everybody off assistance and have a sink or swim policy?

Do black fathers just need to step up and stop breaking homes?

Do you have solutions that can be acted on? Is there any way for the government to help, or is this just a binary situation where the government is always bad and all we can really do is blame black people?
