Bengazi documents disprove all Pub myths

Yes. The survivors were.

Key word being "survivors"..

The question is.....how did the administration know that there was not enough time to get the military there to prevent the deaths of anyone?

Because that's what his commanders in the field advised him to do? They knew the survivors were likely safe at the Annex and from then on the mission was to evacuate.

Oh jeez...

You are way too pathetic to debate with.

Never the fuck mind you loser.

That is a very childish accusation.

I am not asking what the guy was wearing when he authorized F and F.

The question of "who authorized it" came up immediately.

The president said he knew nothing about it.

The AG said he knew nothing about it.

Both claimed to NOT know who authorized it.

Both admitted that they were upset about the operation.

Yet....

to this day, no one knows who authorized it.

Making it a very valid question.

Not saying it isnt valid but will the answer change anything? Lets say some guy name Joe Schmo authorized it. Now what?

More questions right? So again, if you have more questions and having questions is the bar for whether or not something is suspicious then everything will be suspicious forever

You don't get it.

If Joe Schmo authorized it, then we can hold someone accountable.

They work for us and if they are incompetent, we need to know and toss them out.

You prefer not knowing...

So what happens if Joe Schmo uses his infinite wisdom and decides to authorize ANOTHER operation.....and this w[-opne ends up with the US being accused of committing an act of war?

For perhaps you aren't aware....Mexico let us off easy with F and F.....a little known fact....

But truth is....Joe Schmo authorized an act of war on Mexico.

We, the US, furnished arms to the enemy of Mexico.

In the 90's, the drug cartels were declared an enemy of the Mexican Government by the Mexican Government, and they were and still are engaged in a war with the cartels

Furnishing arms to the enemy of a sovereign nation who is at war with that enemy is deemed an act of war against that sovereign nation.

And it doesn't bother you that Obama doesn't give a crap who authorized it?

Gotcha..

Meaning what?

You don't mind some guy that no one knows who he is, has the right to make such decisions unilaterally?

No need to answer. Just making my point.

Yah.

In yet another Right wing lie, they are trying to say that the Obama administration added guns into the mix.

It didn't.

That was the Bush administration.

Fast and Furious didn't add any guns. It just observed the transactions.

Wide Receiver added guns with tracking devices.

where do you get your information from?

Guns were sold as late as November 2009.

Who was President then?

By the way....the difference between Bush's operation and Fast and Furious?

Bush's operation was done with the knowledge AND approval of the Mexican Government.

Fast and furious was without the knowledge of the Mexican Government and apparently without the knowledge of the President or the AG.

Customers can legally buy as many weapons as they want in Arizona as long as they're 18 or older and pass a criminal background check. There are no waiting periods and no need for permits, and buyers are allowed to resell the guns.

By 2009 the Sinaloa drug cartel had made Phoenix its gun supermarket and recruited young Americans as its designated shoppers or straw purchasers. Voth and his agents began investigating a group of buyers, some not even old enough to buy beer, whose members were plunking down as much as $20,000 in cash to purchase up to 20 semiautomatics at a time, and then delivering the weapons to others.

The agents faced numerous obstacles in what they dubbed the Fast and Furious case. Their greatest difficulty by far, however, was convincing prosecutors that they had sufficient grounds to seize guns and arrest straw purchasers. By June 2010 the agents had sent the U.S. Attorney's office a list of 31 suspects they wanted to arrest, with 46 pages outlining their illegal acts. But for the next seven months prosecutors did not indict a single suspect.

So what's changed? Has AZ strengthened it's gun laws to prevent such trafficking?

But if you want to blame a federal policy for the deaths these and all other smuggled guns have caused, blame our draconian war on Americans who use non government approved recreational substances.

You haven't been paying attention.

I do not blame federal policy.

It was an operation that went bad. Shit happens.

What bothers me is that the neither President nor the Attorney General were man enough to admit knowing about it.

The attorney general used an excuse of 'there are many operations going on and he can't know of the existence of all of them'

Really?

Exactly what operation would require the knowledge of the AG MORE than one that includes the sale of guns to the enemy of an ally?

The head of the ATF should have known, but wait, it didn't have one......

American weapons are still ending up in the hand of Mexican Cartels. The Cartels would still have the guns even if the ATF were not trying to track them. People kill, not guns.

Again, it is not the operation itself...successful or not.

No one knew about it and for some reason, the neither the President nor the AG feel it unusual that neither of them were made aware of an operation that included the furnishing guns to the enemy of an ally.

And to this day....STILL no one has admitted to it.

It is a complete falsehood to say that the ATF were furnishing weapons to the drug cartels. The Arizona agents were observing legal gun purchases with the suspicion that they were straw buyers. I might add again that those type of gun purchases are still legal.

Panetta testified that they knew it was a terror attack. It's on record. Stop with your bullshit will you?

This is testimony under oath.

What does what we called the attack have any thing to do with the price of tea in China?

Obama immediately called this an "act of terror." What's your point?

I'm getting so sick of this dance. Look on record and under oath testimony TERROR ATTACK.

Freaking give it up.

??????

Bullshit, he blamed it on the video for two weeks after the event, get your facts straight.

of course, there were many embassy protests/attacks throughout the ME that WERE due to that video, EARLIER THE SAME DAY, and no one has asked the militia leader, but I guess Pubs AND THE DUPES are psychic lol...

No, we just believe General Ham....you know...the General in charge at the time....the same General who briefed the King and Hillary both that it was indeed a planned Terror attack and not a spontaneous "demonstration".

Breaking Fox bs...

Saxby says this was a group affiliated with Al-Qaeda, so he calls them Al-Qaeda...then FOX calls it an Al-Qaeda attack...this is how Foxbots are the most misinformed, brainwashed loudmouth twits in the modern world...
