Bernstein: More Republicans beginning to believe Trump 'unfit to be the president'

Which Republicans, exactly, are you referring to? What is your source?

Or did some Leftist just pull this out of his ass?

"Many Democrats are finally recognizing what a piece of shit Chuck Schumer is."

Thanks for sharing your view from the S-Bend.

The realization is now starting to hit more republicans that they have elected Donald the Dud as POTUS.

The firing of Mattis was probably inevitable as Obama had previously fired Mattis for being addicted to death of foreigners. Trump's mistake was hiring Mattis, hiring, Flynn, Kelly and hiring and firing a host of other duds.

Now Republicans are caught in a trap of their own making whereby they risk Trump campaigning against those who turn on Trump and campaign for the wheels of justice to run over Donald Trump.

The best hope for the GOP is the impeachment of Donald Trump before 2020.

The saddest aspect of the demise of Donald Trump is that Trump Deplorables will remain stuck to the sole of Trump's shoes long after he is gone.

Watergate reporter Carl Bernstein said Sunday that Republicans are coming to a "much greater consensus" that President Trump is unfit to be president following the resignation of Defense Secretary James Mattis.
Bernstein, appearing on CNN's "Reliable Sources," said there is concern that Trump is "unfit on psychological grounds" as well as unfit "because of his contempt for the law" and because of his "conduct of foreign policy."
“What the Mattis letter has done in a monumental way is to push Republicans into making some real judgments. They’re talking to each other, there is coming to be a much greater consensus that he is unfit to be the President of the United States," Bernstein said.
Mattis resigned last week from his position as secretary of Defense following Trump's decision to remove U.S. troops from Syria. Mattis wrote in his resignation letter that Trump deserves "a Secretary of Defense whose views are better aligned with yours."
He also expressed concern over Trump's views on traditional U.S. alliances.
"While the US remains the indispensable nation in the free world, we cannot protect our interests or serve that role effectively without maintaining strong alliances and showing respect to those allies," Mattis wrote in the letter.

Bernstein not even a one-shot wonder....Woodward got the FBI turncoat to entrap Nixon...and for what? spying on McGovern's commie rabble? Only G. Gordon Liddy (who I prank called once telling him I was John Bearsford Tipton, the TV tycoon who made people he ran into on the street millionaires) went to prison and never betrayed Tricky Dick. Incidentally when Liddy, who lived in Paradise Valley at the time and had a listed number, came on the phone, I asked him if he was armed and he said he had a pistol pointed at the telephone....we both laughed and he hung up.

Bernstein is a weasel...

That is what is necessary to follow Donald Trump down dark holes where his businesses 'lie' and chase Trump and his Trumplings out of their fetid holes into the harsh glare of the light of justice.
You need another hat, that one's too tight.

Wow, on CNN no less, how convenient.

its not just berstein. Even Chris Wallace on fox is asking about 25th amendment.

I know...I stopped watching that show almost a year ago. Ivanka moved into a house down the street from Wallace and her SS detail took up parking spaces Wallace wanted for his party guests. He went to the zoning/variance board 3 times to get his parking places back and they just laughed at him. Scrawny old asshole has hated the Trumps ever since. His dad Mike was one hell of a reporter but his kid is a zero and way too ugly to be on TV.

Expect a lot of new screen names here from EX-Trump cult members....and, for some, such erudite statements as, "I never really liked Trump, but I hated Hillary more..."

I doubt it, Natty.......at least nothing like the cavalcade of new "leftard posters" using new IDs after they exited the forum in shame after their brash claims that the Hildebeast would win. You certainly talked a lot of trash before the election and dined on a healthy helping of crow.

Such is the consequences of being part of the leftard clown posse of sniveling, butthurt commies.

Everyone knows that Carl Bernstein is an angry left wing bigot who hates Republicans.
The Russian Collusion Conspiracy investigation is a total political sham.
If Bernstein was a real journalist he would be investigating Obama's incredible abuses of power with the IRS, NSA, DOJ and the FBI.
If Bernstein was a real journalist he would be investigating Hillary's epic corruption.
If Bernstein was a real journalist he would be investigating FBIgate.

Well, isn't it too fucking sad that Trump and his corrupt family are being investigated AND a lot of crooks are going to prison???.......................LOL

The wheels are coming off the Trump clown car........

The truth hurts hmm?
Trump is also losing support among wealthy republicans.

Oh I see....you're another butt-hurt zero who wouldn't know the "truth" if it chewed your nose off. Bernstein doesn't know a Republican, would never be invited into a Republican conversation, and like all your liars, just makes shit up to get his ugly mug on CNN...he's no more relevant than you are which means irrelevant....does that clear things up for you?
