Who? Omarosa said what?
Are you speaking from your normal position stuck to the sole of Donald Trump's shoe?Bernstein is a weasel...The realization is now starting to hit more republicans that they have elected Donald the Dud as POTUS.
The firing of Mattis was probably inevitable as Obama had previously fired Mattis for being addicted to death of foreigners. Trump's mistake was hiring Mattis, hiring, Flynn, Kelly and hiring and firing a host of other duds.
Now Republicans are caught in a trap of their own making whereby they risk Trump campaigning against those who turn on Trump and campaign for the wheels of justice to run over Donald Trump.
The best hope for the GOP is the impeachment of Donald Trump before 2020.
The saddest aspect of the demise of Donald Trump is that Trump Deplorables will remain stuck to the sole of Trump's shoes long after he is gone.

Watergate reporter Carl Bernstein said Sunday that Republicans are coming to a "much greater consensus" that President Trump is unfit to be president following the resignation of Defense Secretary James Mattis.
Bernstein, appearing on CNN's "Reliable Sources," said there is concern that Trump is "unfit on psychological grounds" as well as unfit "because of his contempt for the law" and because of his "conduct of foreign policy."
“What the Mattis letter has done in a monumental way is to push Republicans into making some real judgments. They’re talking to each other, there is coming to be a much greater consensus that he is unfit to be the President of the United States," Bernstein said.
Mattis resigned last week from his position as secretary of Defense following Trump's decision to remove U.S. troops from Syria. Mattis wrote in his resignation letter that Trump deserves "a Secretary of Defense whose views are better aligned with yours."
He also expressed concern over Trump's views on traditional U.S. alliances.
"While the US remains the indispensable nation in the free world, we cannot protect our interests or serve that role effectively without maintaining strong alliances and showing respect to those allies," Mattis wrote in the letter.
That is what is necessary to follow Donald Trump down dark holes where his businesses 'lie' and chase Trump and his Trumplings out of their fetid holes into the harsh glare of the light of justice.
You need another hat, that one's too tight.
Like the Donald Trump sphincter on your cranium?
