Biden built the Taliban back better! Record Time

Nope the peace talks failed. Biden could have declined to withdrawal because of it but political optics were more important to his handlers. They thought they were going to be hero’s…but because they had no plan they are now big Zero’s and our allies don’t trust them.

See …lefties are so arrogant they assume they are better and smarter and more magnificent than everyone else just because they draw breath. So they underestimated their enemy and got handed their ass.

The peace talks failed because the Ghani government had no credibility. DOn't pretend that this wasn't the plan all along.

We wanted out.... Trump just pushed the date into 2021 because he figured he'd be re-elected, and there was nothing to be done about it, or that it would be someone else's problem.

So was the decision to secure the Southern Border, Biden fucked that up too.

How soon before the US military starts going after domestic enemies?

I'm sure you are stockpiling weapons for that eventuality, and scaring the neighbors.

On a serious note we could solve the imaginary border crisis in ten minutes.

Go after the white people who hire undocumented workers... Problem solved.

Not just the owner of the sweat shop or meat packing plant... but the rich douchenoodles who don't want to raise their own kids, or the idiot who hires a bunch of Day Laborers at the Home Depot parking lot when that DIY project turns out to be tougher than those home improvement shows made them look.

"The United States, in negotiations with the Taliban, promises the new Afghan authorities an exception from the lists of terrorist organizations in the event of a peaceful completion of the evacuation of the Western presence from the country"

They will cheat, of course, as usual. But, it shows the horror of the situation for the United States. One spark is enough

As I said, as of Trumps deadline to withdraw all the troops, the conditions to do so had been met on May 1st.

Almost 20 years after the United States ousted the Taliban regime, the first direct peace talks between the Taliban and the Afghan government began in Doha, Qatar in September 2020. The Taliban, Afghan government, and international forces have fought to a deadly stalemate, with both battle deaths and civilian casualties near record highs in recent years. The United States agreed to remove combat forces by May 2021 in exchange for Taliban guarantees on counterterrorism and the opening of formal negotiations with the Afghan government and other political stakeholders about a peace agreement and a path toward a ceasefire.

The border traffic was practically nil in 2020 because of covid. Trump brags a lot but his track record the previous 3 years wasn't that good. He didn't deport nearly as many illegals as Obama. Where he screwed up was separating young children and toddlers from their parents. They were NOT the same as unaccompanied minors (teen-agers)

Trump was pretty lazy and got bored easily.

Like throwing out the Pandemic Handbook that had been used to fight Ebola and Zika viruses successfully... or throwing out the Taskforce for 21st Century Policing which was designed to restore confidence and respect for law enforcement.

Trump liked the adulation and fanfare and his rallies, but he really wasn't passionate about the work.

Even his Doha deal with the Taliban was sloppy and half assed.

Don't forget how Trump completely gave up on repeal of Obamacare, or replacing it with cheaper better healthcare. Not to mention passing infrastructure NEVER!

Trump loved the adulation of the crowd, the same as he watched the ratings of The Apprentice. But he would rather play golf, watch TV and tweet, than actually do any work.

And the contingencies weren’t met per your own admission. At that point Biden didn’t have to withdrawal…but he did.

Biden was installed as a scapegoat to hand over AFG to the Taliban . Why else would the people propping up his administration use 9/11 as their political end date?

Exactly. Remember how he gushed with praise over everyone he hired only to turn on them months later? He even gushed at the Taliban in Doha praising them for being "brave fighters"..

No

The problem with your view is that NATO agreed that the contingencies were met.

In April 2021, after several rounds of consultations, Allied foreign and defence ministers decided to start the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan on 1 May 2021 and complete it within a few months. They also decided to continue supporting Afghanistan in other ways. This was confirmed by NATO Heads of State and Government at the NATO Brussels Summit on 14 June 2021.

I don't agree. Biden is old and fragile but he's still smart and resilient mentally. 9/11 is as good a date as any. 9/11 didn't have state actor.. We should have gone after OBL not Afghanistan.

How could they be met when AFG wasnt included in the negotiations?

Ask NATO, who independently agreed conditions were met to withdraw their troops starting May 1st 2021

Again. Biden was not handcuffed to Trumps peace deal. This was already debunked by the AP.

once negotiations without AFG happened Biden was not obligated to withdrawal.

Still smart? Biden in the best of times was never considered smart. Affable perhaps, but never smart. Never.

Now he's a shell of a man who once had marginal intellect at best.

Don't take this the wrong way, but you're a fucking moron

NATO was already withdrawing, independent of what Biden said, because they were obligated by Trumps 2020 agreement.
No they weren’t. And again. Biden wasn’t obligated to withdrawal…he chose too. In the dead of night without telling the AFG’s and after taking away their means to defend themselves.

This was an intentional act by The Biden Administration.
