As I understand it, the complaint about the razor wire is that it prevents the Border patrol from assisting illegal aliens approaching the border from Mexico. So removing the wire allows the BP to assist illegal aliens in violating the border.

No, it is not a foregone conclusion at all that Quid Pro would have a unified military at his petty beck and call. You also seem to forget that many of the active military personnel are born and raised Texans. Oh, well, hubris it is.

Nope. Nothing "round about" about it. The Court simply vacated the injunction imposed by the 5th circuit on the Biden Administration. Nothing about the Texas National Guard. That would be a completely different lawsuit.
