*Biden Moves, Ashli Babbit Case To DC; For A Judge His Has In Back Pocket!*

Not going to argue too much over this. I don't see Ashley as any different than George Floyd in this situation; And I do think George Floyd got what he deserved frankly.

Ultimately I don't say much about the J6 stuff because I think all of those people were stupid to be there in the first place. I really don't care if there were provavocatuers there or not. Trespassing on federal property is just plain stupid.

On the other side of the Gambit the political opposition made hay with this and made it into something that it never really was. So both sides are guilty here.

Judging from the size of the window frame and the impossibility for any human adult to make an entry through there I think the office will ultimately be held responsible for his action.

And please let's grow up .... Nobody was looking to kill a legislator. I suppose the ones who wore in fear for their lives
Probably couldn't know that up front.

That you think someone deserves to be killed for resisting arrest speaks volumes.

That you think someone deserves to be killed for resisting arrest speaks volumes.
What speaks volumes is your misinterpretation of the situation as a murder.... And you're completely ignoring the fact that George Floyd murdered himself.

Her wrongful death for all practical an moral purposes was caused by Benedict Donald. Right Mitch?

"January 6th was a disgrace.

American citizens attacked their own government. They used terrorism to try to stop a specific piece of democratic business they did not like.

Fellow Americans beat and bloodied our own police. They stormed the Senate floor. They tried to hunt down the Speaker of the House. They built a gallows and chanted about murdering the vice president.
They did this because they had been fed wild falsehoods by the most powerful man on Earth – because he was angry he'd lost an election.

Former President Trump's actions preceding the riot were a disgraceful dereliction of duty.

The House accused the former president of, quote, "incitement." That is a specific term from the criminal law.
Let me put that to the side for one moment and reiterate something I said weeks ago: There is no question that President Trump is practically and morally responsible for provoking the events of that day.

The people who stormed this building believed they were acting on the wishes and instructions of their president.
And their having that belief was a foreseeable consequence of the growing crescendo of false statements, conspiracy theories, and reckless hyperbole which the defeated president kept shouting into the largest megaphone on planet Earth."

Of course it’s been ruled as clean.
We’ll see how that stands scrutiny at the trial.

yes, without a trial.

You make it sound like that mob was just trying to free a stuck door.

Bullshit. They were attempting to smash their way through a police barricade protecting the House Chambers
And then stroll around and take selfies. Get escorted by the other capitol police. Unlocking and opening doors for them.

The person that shot her was not in uniform and did not give her a warning.

The guy standing next to her said he heard the warnings...

"A number of police and secret service were saying, 'get back', 'get down', 'get out of the way,' she didn't heed the call and as we kind of raced up to grab people and pull 'em back, they shot her in the neck." ~ Thomas Baranyi, 1.6.21

Indeed.
Joe is a high functioning, highly competent criminal but a dottering, demented senior and is otherwise incapable to be a functional president.

Crazy shit. :cuckoo:
Biden is a cardboard cutout at this point. The high functioning comes from his back office....not from him.

She was given ample warning to stand back

She insisted on leading the mob through the breach
Not a smart decision that's for sure. Also having seen the video for the first time there's no question that breaking and entering was present. I don't know about the laws in DC but I do know if it was in Texas All the people on the other side of the window would be shot with impunity.

You must be from the Alvin Bragg School of stretching a point across a lake until the strand is only micrometers in width. You could blame every person alive for everything that happens everyday if you work at it long enough.

Nope, Mitch was spot on.

Nope, Mitch was spot on.
Maybe he was spot on about the protesters but not about who was responsible. The people who made that decision made it on their own. You really have to stop this childish chain link blame game because there's no end to it. Seeking to banish blame to the selected targets is a third grade mentality. People are responsible for their own actions. If Ashley Babbitt hadn't trespassed on federal property she would be alive today.
