Maybe he was spot on about the protesters but not about who was responsible. The people who made that decision made it on their own. You really have to stop this childish chain link blame game because there's no end to it. Seeking to banish blame to the selected targets is a third grade mentality. People are responsible for their own actions. If Ashley Babbitt hadn't trespassed on federal property she would be alive today.

They are responsible, which is why they were charged & convicted and he wasn't. Still, he caused it to happen. He lied to them for 2 months straight about election fraud. He convinced them the election was stolen from him. He convinced them Pence could save the election for him. He convinced them Pence let him down by not going along with his bullshit scheme that Pence couldn't legally do. He then summoned them to the Capitol. They did what they did for Trump. If not for Trump, J6 would never have happened. Again, I agree they are responsible, and held accountable for their actions -- but Trump's actions during those 2 months were utterly reprehensible and irresponsible.
