The difference between the two, Occupied is that Trump was President and Biden was Vice President. Trump is claiming the authority to declassify materials...Biden didn't possess that authority. Until Trump's claim is decided in court then it stands. Biden has no legal leg to stand on when it comes to possessing classified materials and that's before you even start to discuss how he kept his in totally unsecured places!
