Biden's New Normal

The measure invests $110 billion in funding toward roads, bridges and major projects, $66 billion in passenger and freight rail, $65 billion to rebuild the electric grid, $65 billion to expand broadband Internet access, and $39 billion to modernize and expand transit systems. Among many other priorities, the bill also includes $55 billion for water infrastructure, $15 billion of which will be directed toward replacing lead pipes.

What do you oppose?
We already determined several months ago that there are almost no water pipes with lead.

Private industry used to, until government decided to take over hence the sorry state of roads and bridges. You are a bit slow brained imo.

Private Industry wants no part of it

How would you like to pay a toll on every road you use?

Congress lies and anyone who wants money lies.

BIG FUCKING GOVERNMENT dictating how I should live my life and what I can and can't buy.
Like I said, you're of the socialist mindset with big government. You will never understand. Embrace it!
This is a lie.

The measures is not ‘dictating’ how one should live.

The measure also has nothing to do with ‘socialism.’

And conservatives are in no position to complain about ‘big government’ as rightists seek more government, bigger government at the expense of individual liberty – compelling women to give birth against their will, denying gay and transgender Americans their right to equal protection of the law, violating the voting rights of minorities, the due process rights of immigrants, and the advocating for punitive measures against private social media in violation of the First Amendment.

Conservatives need to understand that ‘small government’ is much more than just misguided tax cuts and reckless, irresponsible deregulation.

There is no need for government to pay for it. The private sector will take care of it.
The private sector benefits from investment in infrastructure – needed to maintain the bridges, roads, and airports businesses depend on to acquire needed raw materials and distribute their finished goods to consumers – including expanding internet access to accommodate the growing online economy.

Nobody benefits from government overspending.

Why do you keep spreading that lie?
This bill includes roads, bridges, ports, rail, broadband

Looks like infrastructure to me

What specifically do you object to in THIS bill?
10% of the bill goes to spending on roads, bridges, ports, rail and broadband
