Actually, you are a little confused, as usual. Tamir Rice's mother got SIX MILLION from the City of Cleveland because they knew they'd get taken to the cleaner in Civil Court. Mike Brown's family got $1.5MM..

Nothing compared to the 27MM that George Floyd's family got. The price tag for this shit keeps going up.

No, he just found that it was impractical to charge him after a previous grand jury refused to press charges.

Another misleading claim, the State of Missouri and the FBI thinks Wilson's self defense claim was legitimate.

Wilson was PUNCHED while he was still in his vehicle, then fights over Wilsons gun inside the vehicle then Brown gets shot in the hand/arm area blood splattered all over inside the police car door, thus had legal reason to arrest Brown who at first kept running away ignoring lawful demands that he stop and raise his hands up to be handcuffed, then Brown charged Wilson who then as he was screaming at him to stop running at him started shooting to stop the idiot.

Brown continues running even when hit by a bullet, that is how determined the idiot was to attack Wilson.

Okay, that's all fine. No one disputes he had a right to try to arrest the guy.

Using lethal force against a kid who was wounded, barefoot and had his hands up... not so much.
