Democrats are totally inept at running US cities. So why do the voters keep them in power?
Because they are a damned sight better than the republicans, who seem not to be able to run anything properly and just dish out bullshit and phony sermons. Look at the republican governors: all failures and quite a few liars. That's why. The current republicans are totally worthless.
Lightfoot is doing double duty by having to try to run a city with a violence problem, and at the same time fending off undeserved attacks and threats by the two filthy scumbags running the show with great incompetence and bigotry in the White House. She doesn't have an easy job.
