I don't see this lawsuit as having much merit.

People were told in advance that it was just a shakedown that people paid to for PC social credits and not being called "racists"

What did they expect Bowers et al to do with the loot?

I expected them to live high on the fucking hog, and indeed they did.

This isn't a "con job", although I guess BLM can be sued for extortion but not for misuse of funds.
