The DOJ has presented 600 items of exculpatory evidence that was withheld. Had Flynn known of this exculpatory evidence he would not have plead guilty. Don't forget it's not Flynn ending the case. It's the prosecution. They can't dismiss a case cause they have feelings. They have to present evidence and declarations. They did. This case is over no matter how you want to slice it.

I don't believe it!! ) Per a motion to dismiss filed by Timothy Shea (Barr's senior counsel at the DOJ not less ) the acting U.S. Attorney in D.C., the questioning of Flynn by agents "was untethered to, and unjustified by, the F.B.I.'s counterintelligence investigation into Mr. Flynn". Lead DOJ prosecutor Brandon L. Van Grack withdrew from the case, and no DOJ attorneys who had been involved in the case signed on to Shea's motion.
