We did that in Iraqnam, and Afghanistanam, after failing in Vietnamam. You said ONE.
When we need to be able to fight wars on multiple fronts.
We cant rely on allies to do their part so we have no choice but to take the lead role in any war.
We did that in Iraqnam, and Afghanistanam, after failing in Vietnamam.
We need to do that in triplicate?
Thanks for synopsizing the first...and superior movie.Red Dawn assumed a successful invasion AND occupation by Cuban proxies.
Yes there was no military spending before last year. You people are stupid as fuck. Our military spending has a lot to do with all the weapons and equipment Biden is giving Ukraine. The real adversary we have to worry about is China but they have Biden on a string.
How were they "different", other than clearly demonstrating the perils of challenging small 2nd and 3rd world countries?Had we not let our politicians run those wars we would have won easily.
And those were fought on totally different timelines.
Try again.
It was fun to watch....but the premise was preposterous. Thanks for synopsizing the first...and superior movie.![]()
The Russians and the Chinese don't have any carrier groups but they each have one or two carriers I think. How many carrier groups do they have, and where are they?
Well put son. There may be a literature scholarship in your future. That's garbage.
You obviously can't read Poindexter. Don't waste your time with me.Yes there was no military spending before last year. You people are stupid as fuck.
Not since the Iranians acquired missiles that can sink themYou don't sail a carrier group into a bathtub.
That's why carriers have to go out with pickets...The Russians and the Chinese don't have any carrier groups but they each have one or two carriers I think.
There's a rumour going around that carriers are obsolete for the same reason battle ships became obsolete. But that now depends on whether the Kinzhal and other hypersonic missiles can be shot down by American missiles or not.
I have an opinion on that but I've found that voicing opinions here just causes anger. At least with some, and then with others it brings mirth and joy. Go figure!
ChinaIf there was EVER a time to re-examine how addicted we are to spending enormous sums of money on things that go boom, surely it would be now.
Our historical foe is crippling itself, burning through its vast arsenal at an accelerating rate.
They will have to rebuild their military asset base, while under international sanctions. This will be enormously expensive, and will take a decade.
I was a 19th Cent. Russian Studies major.Well put son. There may be a literature scholarship in your future.
They've had them for a while. Not the Iranians acquired missiles that can sink them
After that.....MARS!China
What part is not clear?
