It might be a case of hypocrisy but most likely the Hospital hired a law firm to defend them in a potentially catastrophic malpractice suit and that's the way the law firm decided to pursue the case. An interesting question is when the "fetus" becomes human in the eyes of the radical left. Are babies non-human when a portion of their heads remain in the birth canal while a technician stabs them in the back of the head and sucks their brains out with a Frankenstein machine? Was that premature baby that a janitor found alive in a garbage can in a Chicago hospital considered non-human when he blew the whistle on a peculiar method of manslaughter endorsed by then state senator Obama?
