The quid pro quo suspected is that the Trump team worked with our KNOWN enemy to sway the election in his favor...directly working with or conspiring with a foreign govt to influence our election is against the law. Then you have the Russian THEFT of the DNC and Podesta emails that were strategically released by their partner, Julian assange on wikileaks....and Trump calling for them to be released amd the possibility that the Trump team coordinated with the Russians and wikileaks to disburse the stolen goods...also illegal.

And you have Sessions lying under oath, about his Russian meetings, and Kushner lying about his Russian connections, and Papadopolis lying about his Russian meetings and connections and carter Page connections to the Russians, and Don Junior and Trump lying about the meeting with the 5 Russians in the Trump tower meeting etc etc etc etc etc....

And you have Manafort and other Trump team members lying about changing the GOP/RNC platform at the convention to remove our help to the Ukraine to defend against Russian aggression taking place in the region....

And then there is the money laundering aspect.....Trump and kushner and manafort have been using Real estate to sell to the Russian/Putin oligarchs at a price double of what the property is worth which helps the Russians launder their money in the American marketplace, by passing the sanctions and Trump etc is getting their "cut" for it.....

And there are many more things like the above that Mueller is investigating like the obstruction of justice, with Trump trying to interfere and stop the investigation because he has a lot to hide....
